1:00 PM until 4:00 PM
This Sunday the Arboretum is having a nature play day. I have lined up a few "experts" We plan to fly kites, build a willow house, find water critters, float cattail boats and use a compass to hunt for treasure.
Nature club members that attend will be given an "Arboretum Ambassador" name tag. That will let other visitors know that you would be helpful if they have a question or need directions.
Feel free to bring a favorite kite (or use one of ours). Be prepared to pick dandelions, find four leaf clovers, roll down a hill and get dirty.
